* Mayor: Thank you, thank you. I thank you my friends. This is a memorable night for our great city. The eyes of the world are upon us, as we dedicate a building, lofty enough to match the ideals by which we try to live. Applause. Bigelow taps Duncan. Duncan takes the scissors and gives them to Patty. * Duncan: I want you to present the mayor these scissors, will you ? And when the mayor walks up to the ribbon, indeed we see Patty presenting him the scissors. |
